Track Property Showings

Stay organized and manage your upcoming and completed tours through the Activity Manager.

STEP 1: SELECT TOUR SHOWING

When creating or editing an activity, select an Activity Type of “Tour” or “Appointment”. After doing so, you should see the Tour Showings – New Product + button should appear. Select the “New Product +” button.

STEP 2: ADD A PRODUCT 

Search by name, product type or product status of the property that will be toured. Select the property, then select the “Done” button at the bottom of the window.

 

STEP 3: ENTER TOUR DETAILS

You will be able to enter specific information about the property in the activity, such as, time shown, client remarks, and client rating. To add more properties to this activity, select the “New Product +” button and repeat the steps listed above.

 

All recorded tour showings will appear under the Tour Showings tab of the product and all tour reports.
